Tyler N. Allerding, DDS
Dr. Allerding received his Undergraduate education at Michigan State University, and dental education at the University of Detroit Mercy, class of 2012. He has been seeing patients at Dental Clinics North in Cheboygan since 2013.

Dr. Allerding is from northern Michigan originally, and loves living and working here. When he is not working, he enjoys sharing everything northern Michigan has to offer with his family.

Natasha Faucher, DDS
Dr. Faucher received her Bachelors of Science in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. She is a General Dentist and prides herself in providing quality dental care in multiple disciplines of the trade including, but not limited to, oral surgery, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Faucher is a native Michigander and moved to the beautiful Northern Michigan area in 2015. She enjoys being active outdoors. and depending on the season. you can find her hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, mountain biking, snow shoeing or skiing! She also has a passion for cooking and baking and a strong desire to travel the world!

Viviana D. Vagalau, DDS
Dr. Vagalau is a graduate of University of Timisoara, Romania School of Dentistry 1998 DDS, Case Western University School of Dentistry 2001 DDS,
Advanced Education in General Dentistry at University of Michigan 2002, and completed a Fellowship in Academy of General Dentistry in 2018.

Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Vagalau likes to travel with her family, enjoys going to the movies and likes to be outdoors (hiking, skiing, boating).

Keith Sleeper, DDS
Dr. Sleeper grew up in Gladwin, MI and graduated high school in 1993. He attended Lake Superior State University for undergrad and then graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2001, in the top 10 of his dental class. He has received the Comprehensive Care Award and the Richard H. Kingery Award in removable prosthodontics.

Dr. Sleeper has been practicing 17 years at the Sterling Area Health Center and 13 years with DCN/MCDC. He is a member of the ADA, MDA, and the Saginaw Valley District Dental Society. Dr. Sleeper received the MCDC Veryser Award for clinician of the year in 2013.

He and his wife Kelly have two beautiful little girls – Sara and Samantha. He is a big sports fan and enjoys outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.

Nicole Arsenault, RDH, DDS
Dr. Arsenault received a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2005, and in 2011 received her Doctor of Dental Surgery, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

She enjoys and takes pride in providing a variety of dental services to her patients, but her favorites are oral surgery and removable prosthodontics. She hopes to someday be able to provide more implant procedures and services to her patients. In her free time, Dr. Arsenault enjoys spending time with her family – husband Dan, and two children, Rachel (2) and Luke (7mos). They enjoy anything outdoors, walking, biking, hiking, boating, canoeing, and just finding new adventures to do together.

Dr. Natalie Rudoni
A native of Michigan, Dr. Rudoni earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan where she also played on the Wolverine women’s ice hockey team. She then spent one year living with her family in Italy and studying at the University of Milan before beginning her dental training at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. After earning her dental degree, she completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Michigan Hospital. She then practiced dentistry in beautiful Marquette for 5 years before moving back to her hometown of Traverse City. She is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, the Special Care Dentistry Association, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honors Society.

In her free time, she enjoys playing ice hockey, exploring the great outdoors, dancing, cooking, and gathering for conversation and laughter with family and friends. It is with great enthusiasm that she joins Dental Clinics North in serving the Traverse City Community.

Matthew W. Pawlick, DDS
Dr. Pawlick is a graduate of University of Michigan 1996 BS in Biology, Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry 2001 DDS. General Practice Residency Detroit Receiving Hospital Graduate 2002, and has completed a
Fellowship in Academy of General Dentistry in 2018.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pawlick is involved as the Head Coach of the Harbor Springs Hammerhead Swim Club. In what free-time he has, He likes to travel with his family and spend as much time as possible in the summer at the lake.

Amanda DesJardins, DDS
Dr. DesJardins is a graduate of University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, with over 10 years of experience practicing dentistry in a community health dental setting.

She is a native of northern Michigan, with a love of the outdoors, CrossFit, and her Labrador puppy.

Richard Held, DDS
Terrence McHugh, DDS
Dr. McHugh earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

Dr. McHugh is a General Dentist with extensive experience gained from a long professional career as a Dental Officer in the United States Navy and operating a private practice for 25 years.

Dr. McHugh divides his time between his part time clinical hours and a variety of the many sporting activities available here in Northern Michigan.

Paul Sternhagen, DDS
Paul Guy Sternhagen, DDS, FAGD, FDOCS completed his undergraduate studies at Central Michigan University in 1981. He received his training and Doctorate in Dentistry from Loyola, University Chicago in 1985. Dr. Sternhagen has served on the advisory boards of both Delta College and Ross Medical Center for their dental assisting programs.

Dr. Sternhagen received the prestigious Fellowship Awards from both the Academy of General Dentistry and the Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation. He strives to provide the highest level of dental care by continuing to pursue current education for dentistry. The Fellowship Awards symbolize excellence in the dental profession, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Dr. Sternhagen loves Northern Michigan and enjoys all the activities this region has to offer.
